Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead and coordinate the implementation of BIM protocols, standards, and workflows across all phases of the project lifecycle (design, construction, and operation).
    • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the effective exchange and integration of BIM data among different disciplines and software platforms.
    • Maintain and manage the projects BIM execution plan (BEP) to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
    • Oversee the creation and management of 3D BIM models for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all models are accurate and meet the project requirements.
    • Conduct regular clash detection sessions, resolving any inter-disciplinary conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
    • Lead and mentor junior BIM coordinators and modelers, providing guidance on best practices, technical expertise, and troubleshooting.
    • Foster collaboration within the BIM team and across other departments to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
    • Ensure that BIM models and data are properly documented, compliant with company standards, and quality-controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage the naming conventions, file management, and version control of all BIM deliverables.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and technologies to ensure the team is using the most efficient tools for project delivery.
    • Evaluate and recommend new software solutions and techniques to improve workflow efficiency.
    • Coordinate with external consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data exchange and integration.
    • Support the client in reviewing BIM deliverables and coordinating project updates.

    Key Qualifications: 

    • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or related roles within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
    • Strong knowledge of BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and others.
    • Advanced proficiency in BIM software tools and techniques for model creation, clash detection, and data management.
    • In-depth understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
    • Experience with project management tools such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of the design and construction processes, as well as the ability to translate that knowledge into efficient BIM workflows.
