About the job BIM MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage BIM processes across all project phases.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards and protocols.
- Provide leadership and guidance to BIM coordinators and teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless BIM integration.
- Conduct BIM execution planning, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor BIM project workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Facilitate coordination and clash detection sessions using BIM tools.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models.
- Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet deadlines and client specifications.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance team proficiency in BIM tools and workflows.
- Support project bidding by reviewing and evaluating BIM-related submissions.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure that BIM data is correctly archived and managed for future use.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in BIM management.
- Expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Proficient in managing BIM standards and protocols across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices for BIM.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced BIM tools like Dynamo and other relevant software.
- Experience in high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
