Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of all interior fit-out packages from start to finish.
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is delivered accurately on-site.
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and health & safety standards.
  • Prepare and track package-specific schedules, procurement timelines, and cost control measures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely resolution of design discrepancies, construction issues, and client variations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to fit-out scope.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management on package progress and risks.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing fit-out works, with proven experience on projects in the Middle East, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.).
  • Proven track record delivering high-end commercial, residential, or hospitality interiors.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and common design tools (AutoCAD, Revit is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Vertical : Engineering
