BIM ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities :

• BIM Management: Lead the implementation, management, and coordination of BIM processes for architecture, engineering, and construction projects.
• Modeling and Coordination: Develop and manage 3D models and ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams (architects, engineers, and contractors) to ensure the design intent is realized using BIM tools.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of BIM-related workflows, standards, and processes.
• Project Execution: Support the design and construction phases, ensuring that all BIM models and data are up-to-date and utilized effectively.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and training to junior BIM staff and team members.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with external stakeholders, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful integration of BIM into the project workflow.
• Middle East Project Expertise: Leverage previous experience in Middle Eastern projects to adapt BIM practices and meet region-specific requirements and regulations.

Key Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working as a BIM Architect in the AEC industry.
• BIM Software Proficiency: Expert in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related tools.
• Middle East Experience: Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East region, with an understanding of local regulations and project delivery processes.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction practices.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues related to BIM and project coordination.
