INFRASTRUCTURE BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, utilities, drainage, and other civil structures.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project specifications, and local regulations (UAE/GCC).
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other discipline modelers to ensure seamless integration of design models.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools.
• Generate accurate drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models for construction and approval processes.
• Assist in BIM data management, version control, and model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project teams to support design modifications and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC municipal and authority requirements.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure BIM modeling within the GCC (preferably UAE).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality and authority standards.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
