SOLUTION ARCHITECT

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions that align with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This role requires a deep understanding of software design, systems integration, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-level architectural and detailed design specifications documents, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assess and recommend the best technologies and tools to meet business objectives.
• Ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies into existing IT frameworks.
• Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and non functional requirements.
• Ensure that requirements are complete, concise, and aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Conduct sizing exercises to determine the hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements for the solution.
• Provide estimates for resource allocation, timeframes, and costs associated with implementing the solution.
• Validate and review the solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Perform risk analysis and identify potential issues that could impact the solution's success.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and architecture.
• Recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organization's technology standards.
• Conduct sizing exercises to determine the hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements for the solution.
• Provide estimates for resource allocation, timeframes, and costs associated with implementing the solution.
• Validate and review the solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software design, and systems integration.
• Proven experience in developing functional requirements documents and design documents.
• Expertise in sizing and capacity planning for software solutions.
• Experience with API management and integration

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and Tools (Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical
• stakeholders.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
