STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models using Revit for a range of building projects.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
• Prepare and modify structural drawings, details, and specifications in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate models with other disciplines (MEP, architecture) to resolve conflicts.
• Implement BIM best practices and standards within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and presentations as required.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on modeling progress and addressing any challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging BIM technologies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Structural BIM Modeler (5 years) with a strong focus on building projects.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit software.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
