EXTERNAL PACKAGE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape, softscape, and artscape packages across high-profile developments.
• Oversee implementation of hardscape, planting, irrigation, water features, decorative elements, and artistic installations as per design and specification.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, artists, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality, design intent, and project timelines are achieved.
• Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage the procurement process for landscape and artscape materials, including plant species selection and vendor coordination.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and mock-ups related to the external works.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, RTA, etc.) to ensure necessary permits and approvals are in place.
• Track progress, costs, and quality benchmarks, and report to senior management on key milestones and risks. Ensure
• Ensure sustainability requirements, local environmental guidelines, and project-specific green standards are met.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with the overall site works.

Key Qualifications ;

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience managing external packages, with a strong focus on landscape, softscape, and artscape works.
• Proven experience working on prestigious projects in the Middle East, preferably within the UAE.
• Solid understanding of landscape construction, planting schedules, irrigation systems, and bespoke artistic installations.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes in the UAE.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
