Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, joinery shop drawings, and project plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and main contractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are fully aligned.
  • Supervise and monitor the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage production teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all health & safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.
    

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, Degree of Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related field.
  • Must have 10 years above experience from reputed firms in UAE/GCC.
  • Must have worked on any hotel projects in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and high-end interior fit-out works.
  • Solid experience in production management and coordination with manufacturing units.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and joinery drawings.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE, and available immediately.
