SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT AND REPORTING ANALYST

Role Overview:

This role goes beyond traditional reporting; it requires a hybrid professional who can combine robust data analysis with a foundational understanding of end-to-end system and platform architecture. The ideal candidate will enable insightful, strategic reporting while ensuring alignment with the overall data and platform ecosystem.

Key Objectives:

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting frameworks with an awareness of system interdependencies.
• Support data-driven decision-making through insightful, architecture-aligned reporting.
• Ensure accountability and transparency across reporting processes by aligning with system design and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, validation, and contextualization of initiative progress data aligned with architectural flows and platform designs.
• Prepare high-impact reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced data tools, informed by backend system behavior and data integration logic.
• Translate complex data and architectural dependencies into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to bridge data gaps and ensure architectural consistency in reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts on both reporting techniques and system/data architecture fundamentals.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and advanced reporting/visualization tools.
• Familiarity with solution architecture principles: backend systems, data flows, APIs, and platform integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, protection, and compliance principles.
• Experience in working within structured project and performance tracking environments (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).
