JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of joinery drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and coordinate polystyrene layout drawings for site installations.
  • Oversee and manage the movement joint package to ensure alignment with structural and architectural requirements.
  • Handle technical documentation and resubmissions related to elevator installations.
  • Prepare drawings for Field Change Requests (FCR) and Requests for Information (RFI) to support project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage Siemens exposed conduits across the project site.
  • Develop layouts and ensure proper coordination for core wall exposed conduits.
  • Assist with blockwork and elevation overlay exercises in workshops to ensure accuracy and constructability.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Prior experience in a contracting company within the GCC is mandatory, ideally in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other relevant engineering software.
  • Strong capability to handle coordination between multiple disciplines, including MEP, structural, and architectural teams.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, technical submittals, and local regulations.
  • Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
