INFRASTRUCTURE MODELER (CIVIL3D) (ROADS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of road infrastructure using Civil 3D software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and drawings to create accurate digital models.
• Ensure models adhere to project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Incorporate topographical data and survey information into the models.
• Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate cross-sections, profiles, and other construction documentation from the models.
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and material estimates.
• Develop shop drawings including layouts, profiles, sections, typical details, and manholes/chambers details & GA drawings.
• Participate actively in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders as required.
• Stay updated with advancements in Civil 3D software and industry best practices.

Key Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
• 7 to 10 years of experience working as a Civil 3D Modeler, specifically on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software with a strong focus on road design.
• Expertise in developing shop drawings including layouts, profiles, sections, and typical details.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure design principles and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
