The Subsea Pipeline Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing subsea pipeline systems across various stages of EPCI projects, including FEED, bidding, and detailed engineering. This role requires a solid understanding of subsea pipeline engineering standards, industry codes, and best practices. The engineer will work independently and within multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise to ensure project success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design subsea pipeline systems in alignment with project requirements and industry standards during FEED, bid, and detailed engineering phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices for subsea pipeline engineering.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure effective execution of pipeline design and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development within the team.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in subsea pipeline engineering.
- Proficient in subsea pipeline design across EPCI project phases (FEED, bid, and detailed engineering).
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, regulations, and best practices related to subsea pipeline engineering.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in executing EPCI projects for Middle Eastern clients such as Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qatar Gas (QG), or ADNOC.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
- Proactive, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and advancements in subsea pipeline engineering.
- Willingness to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
