SERVICENOW CONSULTANT (SPM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage transition of portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial data during cutover
• Support validation and migration of data from legacy PPM tools or spreadsheets into ServiceNow SPM
• Coordinate user provisioning, dashboard/report setup, and portfolio hierarchy alignment
• Support freeze/unfreeze planning for project and demand data
• Ensure project governance workflows are live and active post-cutover
• Liaise with PMO and IT stakeholders to align project statuses pre- and post-Go-Live

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-6+ years working with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years on the SPM module
• Hands-on experience with data migration, demand & project setup, and resource management in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project types in the SPM suite
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, import sets, and reporting/dashboarding
• Bonus: Experience with phased cutovers or dual-running PPM systems
