About the job INFRASTRUCTURE MODELER (BRIDGES AND STRUCTURES)
Key Responsibilities :

Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of infrastructure utilities including:
Culverts, Manholes chambers, Water tanks & sewage tanks - Work in coordination with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams to integrate utility networks and ensure interdisciplinary model coordination.

Use Revitand Navisworks for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.

Interpret and translate design intent and engineering documentation into high-quality BIM models.

Maintain and update models according to design revisions and field data.

Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

Assist in producing detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.

Participate in coordination meetings, reviews, and clash resolution workshops.

Ensure accurate file management and version control within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Key Qualification:
-
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-
3-7years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.

Proven hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of utility structures (culverts, manholes, chambers, tanks)
- Ability to read and interpret civil and utility design drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
