INFRASTRUCTURE MODELER (BRIDGES AND STRUCTURES)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of infrastructure utilities including: 

  Culverts, Manholes  chambers, Water tanks & sewage tanks
• Work in coordination with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams to integrate utility networks and ensure interdisciplinary model coordination.

• Use Revitand Navisworks for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.

• Interpret and translate design intent and engineering documentation into high-quality BIM models.

• Maintain and update models according to design revisions and field data.

• Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

• Assist in producing detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.

• Participate in coordination meetings, reviews, and clash resolution workshops.

• Ensure accurate file management and version control within the Common Data Environment (CDE)

Key Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 3-7years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.

• Proven hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of utility structures (culverts, manholes, chambers, tanks)

• Ability to read and interpret civil and utility design drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
