We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead to oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management and will lead the design, deployment, and support of HCM solutions that align with business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations: Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM module implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business needs into system configurations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership teams to gather requirements and drive system adoption.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate HCM modules with third-party applications and legacy systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Level 2/3 functional support, resolve system issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization, automation, and enhancement in Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure data security, compliance with local labor laws, and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop user training materials and conduct workshops to maximize system efficiency.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Experience: 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Modules Expertise: Strong knowledge of at least 5+ Fusion HCM modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, or Workforce Compensation.
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades.
  • HR Business Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL data loads.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification.
