BIM COORDINATOR - ARCHITECTURE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
• Develop and maintain Revit-based BIM models at LOD 300-400, ensuring coordination with other disciplines (Structural, MEP, Landscape, etc.).
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and other relevant tools.
• Manage and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows across project teams.
• Assist in the review of architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for quality control and compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to optimize BIM workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the timely submission of BIM deliverables and compliance with municipality and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
• Maintain BIM documentation, including model versioning, updates, and audit reports.
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in UAE large scale projects.
• Proven expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
• Experience in design consulting companies is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority submission processes, and local regulations.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Locally available in the UAE and can join immediately.
