ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of electrical systems and components using BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into overall building models.
• Ensure all electrical systems and components meet local and international standards and codes.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize design efficiency.
• Generate accurate drawings, schematics, and reports as required.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and expertise related to electrical BIM modeling.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling for construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, etc.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is advantageous.
