Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall execution of BIM processes across projects.
- Lead and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality design output.
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows across the organization.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM efforts across multiple disciplines and projects.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate and meet industry and project-specific standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve BIM-related issues.
- Review and approve BIM models and documentation for quality and compliance.
- Conduct training and mentoring for BIM staff to enhance their skills.
- Facilitate communication between design, construction, and client teams.
- Oversee the development of BIM models for project lifecycle management.
- Ensure BIM data is properly integrated with other project management tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to BIM.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale BIM projects, including complex and multidisciplinary projects.
- Expertise in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with advanced BIM tools like Dynamo and Rhino is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and BIM protocols.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in quality assurance/quality control procedures in BIM processes.
- Experience in coordinating BIM across various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities within a BIM framework.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in BIM processes.
