SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - INFRASTRUCTURE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the civil design of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, site grading, stormwater, and earthworks.
• Prepare, review, and manage design drawings and models using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and CAD/BIM technicians to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in design coordination and review meetings.
• Ensure all designs comply with UAE authority requirements.
• Support BIM workflows and contribute to the development of 3D models; Revit experience is advantageous.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in QA/QC processes and ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans.
• Maintain high standards of technical excellence, meeting deadlines and project objectives.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure design projects, specifically within the UAE.
• Strong background in design consulting and engineering project delivery.
• AutoCA, Civil 3D, and MicroStation is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE authority guidelines and approval processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be immediately available and able to work remotely.
