ID BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive interior design BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
• Prepare and modify interior design drawings, details, and specifications in alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP) to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement BIM best practices and workflows to enhance model quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including mood boards, presentations, and material specifications.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on modeling progress and addressing design challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the interior design field.
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
