GRC Consultant

Overview:

As a GRC Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and assisting our clients in the development and implementation of robust GRC frameworks. Your expertise will help organizations mitigate risks, comply with regulations, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues.
• Develop and implement GRC strategies and frameworks.
• Provide guidance on governance practices and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of GRC processes.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to GRC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience as a GRC Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
• Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GRC software and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM) are a plus.
