JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to define project scope, deliverables, and expectations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, adjusting plans as needed to achieve project goals.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, materials, and reports, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and overseeing their work to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform project handover, including final inspections, snagging, and ensuring client satisfaction with the completed fit-out.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools like AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Experience with sustainable fit-out practices and LEED or other green certifications is an advantage.
