Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BCBS 239 compliance assessment, implementation, and assurance projects for banking clients
- Evaluate existing risk data aggregation and reporting frameworks against BCBS 239 principles
- Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance
- Conduct gap analyses between current state and regulatory requirements
- Develop remediation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Guide clients through regulatory examinations and audits
- Advise on risk data architecture and reporting systems enhancement
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with BCBS 239 implementation or assurance projects
- Strong understanding of banking risk management frameworks
- Deep knowledge of risk data aggregation and reporting processes
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- DCAM certification is nice to have
