Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BCBS 239 compliance assessment, implementation, and assurance projects for banking clients
  • Evaluate existing risk data aggregation and reporting frameworks against BCBS 239 principles
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Conduct gap analyses between current state and regulatory requirements
  • Develop remediation roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Guide clients through regulatory examinations and audits
  • Advise on risk data architecture and reporting systems enhancement
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with BCBS 239 implementation or assurance projects
  • Strong understanding of banking risk management frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of risk data aggregation and reporting processes
  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
  • DCAM certification is nice to have
