CIVIL 3D UTILITY MODELER

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D models for roads and wet/dry utilities using Civil 3D and Revit.
• Create accurate drawings, layouts, and design documentation to support infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software.
• Ensure models are developed per GCC standards and project specifications.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of quantities, reports, and presentations for design coordination meetings.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Civil 3D and Revit software.
• Experience working on roads and wet/dry utilities projects.
• Work experience in GCC countries is a must.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and model coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
