Job Summary:

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager (PM) to join our Master Service Integrator (MSI) team, overseeing the implementation of Smart Parks Operations Management Systems by third-party vendors. In this role, you will ensure that all vendor-delivered solutions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the park and meet operational, technical, and guest experience requirements. Acting as a key interface between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in orchestrating seamless integration, quality assurance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight and Vendor Management

  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors responsible for implementing smart park management systems, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and progress updates, ensuring deliverables align with project requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between vendors and internal teams to address challenges, dependencies, and integration issues.
  • Enforce contractual obligations and escalate risks or non-compliance issues as necessary.

Project Leadership

  • Serve as the MSI lead for the implementation of the real-time park operations monitoring system and the integrations with the IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all vendors adhere to established governance processes and quality assurance protocols.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Provide technical and operational expertise to ensure vendor-delivered solutions meet the park's functional, technical, and guest experience requirements.
  • Review and validate vendor proposals, designs, and technical documentation to ensure feasibility and alignment with park objectives.
  • Ensure that implemented solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for peak operational performance.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between park operations teams, IT stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate system capabilities, project status, and integration progress to stakeholders.
  • Translate operational requirements into actionable tasks for vendors and technical teams.

Integration and Operational Readiness

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of vendor-delivered systems with existing park infrastructure and processes.
  • Ensure thorough system testing, including performance, security, and functionality checks, prior to go-live.
  • Support the park operations team with training, documentation, and change management to maximize system adoption and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Smart Park Management Technology and Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience with park operations and the implementation of management systems and real-time operational technologies.
  • Previous experience with CmdCentr solution for Smart Park operations management is a plus.
