We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the Engineering, O&G, Energy, Construction, Aerospace & Defense sectors by securing new recruitment contracts, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the Engineering, O&G, Energy, Construction, Aerospace & Defense sectors to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and use insights to craft strategic business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, generating consistent revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment or the Engineering, O&G, Energy, Construction, Aerospace & Defense sector.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage as it supports communication with key clients and partners.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and market dynamics in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
