SR. SANITARY SEWER ENGINEER

Key responsibilities:

• Design and analyze surface water drainage systems to ensure efficient stormwater management and compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling to support design decisions and assess drainage impacts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative drainage solutions for a variety of projects.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design calculations, and documentation for project submissions and approvals.
• Review and provide feedback on design drawings and specifications related to drainage and sewer systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, promoting best practices in design and engineering.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to address project requirements and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to surface water management.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in surface water drainage engineering, with previous experience on projects in the Middle East will be preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) license preferred.
• Proficient in SewerCAD, Civil 3D, InfoWorks, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of local drainage design standards and regulations in the Middle East.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effective
