Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Technology Transformation Management Expert to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing our 5-year technology strategy. This strategy comprises multiple high-impact initiatives with significant interdependencies across business and technology functions. 
  • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex technology transformations within the financial industry and ensure seamless execution to achieve strategic objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with key stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment, secure buy-in, and facilitate collaboration for successful strategy execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and initiate mitigation plans to minimize disruptions, ensuring smooth project progress.
  • Meeting Facilitation and Reporting: Orchestrate regular meetings and provide comprehensive reporting to track progress, address challenges, and maintain transparency across all levels of management.
  • Milestone Delivery: Ensure all initiatives are delivered according to defined milestones, meeting quality and performance standards.
  • Resource Transparency: Create and maintain transparency on resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization to support project success.
  • PMO Support: Provide robust Program Management Office (PMO) support to accelerate execution, streamline processes, and monitor progress against strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing and leading technology transformation programs within
  • financial industries.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A
  • Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in dependency management and cross-functional collaboration.
