About the job HR & OPERATIONS MANAGER
HR & Operations Manager is responsible to provide a full range of sales, government, and legal support activities to ensure the smooth operation of Duncan and Ross Saudi and compliance with the Labour Laws and Regulations in the GCC region. The position's purpose is to oversee and optimize the day-to-day activities of Duncan and Ross Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They should assist in coordinating resources, managing budgets, improving Nitaqat, and optimizing the Saudization and visa quota to achieve organizational goals.
The HR & Operations Manager (OM) will have a high-level reporting line into the Managing Partner and HR dotted reporting line into the HR Manager.
- Oversee operation activities at every level in DR Saudi
- Oversee DR UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar company policies and applicable laws in UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar
- Support on the company quality assurance in accordance with the headquarters corporate governance and in relation to DR UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar
- Oversee smooth recruitment process for Internal and consultants in DR UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar
- Develop and maintain training for the Saudi National team in DR UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar
- Actively supports in the business improvement initiatives and projects up to its implementation phase.
- Work with the headquarters corporate governance to enhance the operational processes in DR UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar.
- Supports cost-effective solutions and reduction for the company.
- Look for new business opportunities through networking connections.
- Support in the pricing of the proposal and formulating the terms and conditions in relevance to the local UAE, Saudi, India, Qatar laws and regulations.
- Identify the KPIs of the direct reports, providing guidance and coaching wherever relevant.
- Conduct PDP in line with the established DR policy and procedure.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Saudization and localization.
- Perform regular operational checks to ensure quality parameters are being met in DR Saudi.
- Ad-hoc HR and Admin requirements.
- Connect with consultants whenever the business requires as part of managing employee relations in Saudi Arabia.
- Run a safe, injury-free/accident-free workplace.
- Provide Sales Support to the business development manager team in DR Saudi.
- Provide extensive support to the creation and launch of the cost-plus model in DR Saudi.
- Act as secondary liaison officer with local government and agencies after the GRO.
- Coordination and follow-ups with Local and international key agencies supporting the KSA visa services matters.
- Review and approve all DR Saudi operational invoices and liaise with the DR finance team for second-line approval.
- Support Team and participate as a point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, and customer service.
- Communicate consultant's issues with the operations team and advise creative ways of improving the employee experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Communicate with legal counsel and the safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA health and safety regulations and other governmental regulations (meeting ISO 450001).
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing procedures, and complying with legal regulations (meeting ISO 140001).
- Follow up with all the concerned departments to ensure the client's request is complete.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to the executive team on DR Saudi operations.
