JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop 3D BIM models using industry-leading software, such as Revit, based on project requirements.
  • Create and manage BIM families, components, and templates.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and coordination of BIM models across all disciplines.
  • Incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models as directed by project teams.
  • Assist in resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines and making necessary adjustments to the BIM models.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and coordinate design elements.
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to address clashes and conflicts.
  • Generate accurate and high-quality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM models.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to project standards in the extracted drawings.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of extracted drawings before submission.
  • Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team to develop and enhance BIM workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Communicate BIM-related information and updates to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM-related input and expertise.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology, software, and industry trends.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and attend relevant training programs.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance collective expertise.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture
        • Minimum 5 years' experience in Developing complex Building Information Models (BIM) for large-scale projects.
        • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
        • Solid understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) principles and processes.
        • Ability to create and modify 3D models based on design documents and specifications.
        • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
        • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
        • Knowledge of BIM standards and willingness to adapt to new software and technologies.
