PROJECT BIM ARCHITECT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across architectural projects, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate high-detail BIM models (LOD 300-400) using Revit and other BIM-related software.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to resolve design clashes and optimize project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and GCC project standards.
• Oversee BIM documentation, technical submissions, and project deliverables.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation, and coordination reviews using Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Provide technical expertise in BIM workflows, model audits, and quality control.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and integration of Lean BIM methodologies.
• Support the project team with technical guidance, problem-solving, and best BIM practices.
• Attend project meetings, liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with proven expertise in GCC projects, especially in the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approval processes, and international BIM standards.
• Excellent technical expertise in architectural detailing, coordination, and model management.
• Ability to lead BIM coordination meetings, troubleshoot model-related issues, and optimize workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
