About the job BIM MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Oversee and manage BIM workflows, processes, and standards across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
- Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

Supervise the creation, integration, and maintenance of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.

Ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and issue resolution using tools like Navisworks, Solibri, or similar.

Support teams in the use of BIM software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and more.

Manage and enforce quality control procedures for BIM deliverables.

Collaborate with project and IT teams to manage BIM infrastructure, software, licenses, and hardware resources.

Deliver training and support to BIM coordinators, technicians, and project teams.

Stay up-to-date with BIM technologies, industry trends, and international standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Contribute to digital innovation by exploring tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, Twinmotion, and cloud collaboration platforms.

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum [10+] years of BIM management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.

Solid understanding of BIM standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192, COBie).

Demonstrated experience with clash detection, model auditing, and project delivery using BIM.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
Experience with Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper, Enscape, Revizto, or Power BI.

Knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery (design-build, IPD, etc.).

BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and cloud collaboration tools
