OPENSHIFT ADMINISTRATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters and platform operations.
• Perform upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide L1/L2 support and coordinate complex issues with Red Hat support teams.
• Manage OpenShift networking, security, RBAC, certificates, backups, and recovery activities.
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Deliver technical guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
• Solid Linux, containerization, and cloud-native technology expertise.
• Experience with cluster monitoring, capacity management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking, security, RBAC, certificates, and backup/recovery in OpenShift environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Red Hat OpenShift certification is preferred.
