AUTOMATION TESTER LEAD

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation Testing Lead to drive test automation strategy, framework design, and execution across enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong technical depth in automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement automation testing strategy and roadmap
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks
• Lead automation teams and review automation deliverables
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
• Collaborate with functional and non-functional testing teams
• Report automation coverage, quality metrics, and execution status

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of testing experience, with strong focus on automation
• Proven experience leading automation testing teams
• Strong understanding of test frameworks, tools, and automation best practices
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Experience with ALM Octane

Exposure to one or more of the following platforms:

• Oracle
• ServiceNow
• Temenos T24
• Murex
• Finastra
