AUTOMATION TEST LEAD

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation Testing Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and execution of automated tests across enterprise systems.

The role is hands-on and focuses on building and maintaining automation assets while collaborating closely with senior automation and QA team members.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing automation frameworks
Collaborate with senior automation engineers on test design and framework improvements
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with guidance from senior team members
Work closely with functional and non-functional testing teams to ensure test coverage
Execute automated test suites and support analysis of results and defect reporting
Provide input into automation coverage and quality metrics reporting

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of overall testing experience, with solid hands-on experience in automation testing
Strong practical experience with automation tools, frameworks, and scripting
Good understanding of automation best practices and test design principles
Experience testing enterprise-scale applications
Ability to work independently on assigned automation tasks with minimal supervision

Essential Experience
Banking or financial services domain exposure
Experience working with ALM Octane or similar test management tools
Exposure to One or More of the Following Platforms
Oracle
ServiceNow
Temenos T24
Murex
Finastra
