PERFORMANCE TESTING LEAD - ARABIC SPEAKER

Role Overview

We are seeking a Non-Functional Testing Lead to oversee performance, security, reliability, and scalability testing across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute non-functional testing strategies (performance, load, stress, security, etc.)
• Lead non-functional test planning and execution activities
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, architecture, and development teams
• Ensure systems meet performance and resilience requirements
• Produce detailed test reports and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in non-functional testing
• Strong expertise in performance and reliability testing methodologies
• Experience leading non-functional testing teams
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services domain experience
• Experience with ALM Octane

Exposure to enterprise platforms such as:

• Oracle
• ServiceNow
• Temenos T24
• Murex
• Finastra
