SDET DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

• Execute automated regression for Heavy Major releases
• Execute Feature Major release testing under SDET Pod Lead direction
• Author automated test cases against the in-house automation framework
• Maintain test scripts and address flakiness
• Test Analyst sub-grade: support manual execution during peak weeks
• Participate in pod peer-review and onboarding cycles

Deliverables

• Executed test results per release cycle
• Authored / maintained automated test scripts
• Defect log with reproduction evidence

Qualifications

• Senior SDET: Bachelor's degree + 5+ years automation; ISTQB Test Automation Engineer required
• SDET: Bachelor's degree + 3+ years automation; ISTQB Foundation required, Advanced preferred
• Test Analyst (flex sub-grade): Bachelor's + 2+ years testing; ISTQB Foundation required

Technical Skills

• Automation framework proficiency (in-house)
• Programming in Java / Python / JavaScript
• Test management tools
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Senior SDET: deep)
• Test Analyst sub-grade: manual execution discipline

Soft Skills

• Execution discipline under release pressure
• Collaboration in a flex (non-fixed-team) setting
• Self-direction with SDET Pod Lead coordination
