We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to support multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed structural BIM models, preparing structural drawings, and supporting coordination activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed structural BIM models for concrete and steel structures using BIM software.
  • Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate structural models with architectural, civil, MEP, and utility disciplines.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Perform model revisions and updates throughout design and construction stages.
  • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
  • Extract quantities and support preparation of BOQs from BIM models.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, models, RFIs, and coordination reports.
  • Support engineering and site teams with model-based solutions and technical detailing.
  • Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and QHSE requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural BIM modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structural systems.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure is mandatory.
  • Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings.
  • Experience in infrastructure, buildings, bridges, or mega projects preferred.
  • Good understanding of BIM coordination workflows and clash detection processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
