We are seeking an experienced Lead Piping Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team for an ADNOC Offshore/Onshore project during the FEED and EPC phases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in piping design and engineering for oil & gas facilities, with proven experience in ADNOC projects and compliance with international codes and standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead piping engineering and design activities during FEED and EPC phases in accordance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
  • Develop and review piping deliverables including layouts, GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, and stress analysis reports.
  • Perform and oversee piping stress analysis using tools such as Caesar II and ensure system integrity and flexibility.
  • Ensure proper piping material selection, specifications, and valve engineering in line with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines for interface management and design optimization.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews, constructability reviews, and HAZID/HAZOP workshops.
  • Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Address technical queries (TQs), client comments, and support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of piping deliverables and adherence to project schedules.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in piping engineering within oil & gas projects.
  • Strong experience in ADNOC Offshore/Onshore or GCC projects.
  • Proven involvement in FEED and EPC project phases.
  • Proficiency in piping design and analysis tools (e.g., Caesar II, PDMS/E3D).
  • Good knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API).
  • Familiarity with 3D model review tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng/PE) is an advantage.
