SERVICENOW ITOM EXPERT

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Expert with 5-7 years of overall experience, including 4+ years focused on infrastructure and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ServiceNow instances, MID Servers, integrations, and platform upgrades
• Perform cloning, backups, system health checks, and performance tuning
• Ensure platform access control, security, and compliance
• Support and configure ITOM modules including Discovery and Orchestration
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize ITOM workflows across infrastructure environments

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Discovery / ITOM Implementation Specialist certification
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, integrations, and ITOM best practices.
