Role Summary
The AI Adoption & Change Manager develops and delivers the change management and adoption framework that turns enterprise AI initiatives including GenAI, automation, and data-driven projects into sustained, everyday ways of working.
This role assesses organizational readiness and adoption barriers, builds use-case adoption roadmaps aligned to delivery milestones, drives stakeholder engagement, communication and enablement, and tracks adoption and value-realization KPIs so AI investments convert into measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
AI Change & Adoption Framework
- Develop and implement an AI Change Management & Adoption framework for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Support the transition from AI readiness to adoption, behavioral change, and sustained usage.
AI Use Case Adoption Planning
- Assess organizational readiness, change impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers.
- Develop AI use-case adoption roadmaps and plans aligned with delivery milestones.
- Work with AI, business, technology, and product teams to prepare organizations for AI releases.
Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Enablement
- Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and enablement plans.
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical business and user messaging.
- Develop AI awareness, training, and upskilling programs to support adoption.
Adoption Measurement & Value Realization
- Define and track AI adoption, usage, and value-realization KPIs.
- Develop adoption dashboards and provide recommendations to improve adoption and business value.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
- 2-3+ years supporting AI, GenAI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, organizational change, stakeholder management, and business transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
