PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. The role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and delivery methodologies.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and third-party deliverables.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment, and business acceptance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, financials, and outcomes.
• Support organizational change, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering technology programs.
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and governance.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and financial management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud, application development, data, and integration projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certifications, or equivalent.
