Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern frameworks, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, API-driven development, containerized deployments, cloud services, databases, and software engineering best practices. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, product owners, designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Develop reusable UI components and implement component-driven architecture principles.
  • Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems and microservices.
  • Design and develop backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
  • Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Create secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions following software engineering best practices and secure coding standards.
  • Design and optimize relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, including modern vector database solutions.
  • Implement state management solutions such as Redux in complex enterprise applications.
  • Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.
  • Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure application reliability.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Work effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Front-End Development

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, NextJS, Angular, and Redux.
  • Experience building responsive and accessible web applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.

Back-End Development

  • Strong experience with Node.js and/or Python and/or Go Lang and/or Microsoft .Net, RESTful API development, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous architectures.

Databases

  • Strong experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases include Azure Postgres/MS SQL.
  • Exposure to vector databases and modern data retrieval patterns.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications.

Testing & Quality

  • Hands-on experience with Jest and Cypress.
  • Experience developing unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
  • Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and automation.

Security & Engineering Practices

  • Knowledge of secure coding principles, OWASP best practices, and application security standards.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and production reliability practices.
