INVESTMENT ADVISORY SME - CFA, TREASURY, SAMA

About the Role

We're seeking an Investment Advisory Subject-Matter Expert to lead engagement management and shape the investment strategy and governance foundation for the investment firm. This is a senior, client-facing advisory role requiring deep regulatory fluency in the Saudi investment landscape and the credibility to set policy that the organisation will operate under for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overarching engagement management, acting as the senior point of accountability for delivery quality, client relationship, and strategic direction throughout the engagement
• Define the overall investment strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's risk appetite, return objectives, and regulatory obligations
• Apply deep, current understanding of Saudi investment regulations (CMA, SAMA, and related regulatory frameworks) to ensure all recommendations and policy are fully compliant
• Design and set up the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the investment firm, establishing the governing framework for future investment decision-making
• Act as the senior advisory voice in stakeholder and executive discussions, translating regulatory and market complexity into clear strategic guidance

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in investment advisory, strategy, or related senior investment roles
• Deep, demonstrable understanding of Saudi investment regulations and the local regulatory environment
• Proven experience setting or shaping investment policy at an institutional level
• Strong engagement management and senior stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable operating as the senior technical authority on a high-visibility, high-stakes engagement

Preferred / Advantageous

• CFA certification
• Treasury experience within KSA
