TESTING COE - SME

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy, governance, and execution within complex technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, establish, and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Define testing standards, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Provide strategic oversight across functional, automation, and non-functional testing streams
• Mentor testing leads and senior testers across projects
• Ensure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirements
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Proven experience setting up and running a Testing CoE
• Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services domain experience
• ALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

Oracle

• ServiceNow
• Temenos T24
• Murex
• Finastra
