STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models for underpass structures, including civil, structural, architectural, and pump station components.
• Prepare and manage BIM models for tunnel works covering civil, architectural, and MEP systems.
• Coordinate BIM models for MRMU rooms, electrical substations, and associated utility facilities.
• Ensure proper integration of structural, architectural, and MEP models within the overall infrastructure model.
• Perform multi-discipline coordination and clash detection for confined and complex spaces such as tunnels and pump stations.
• Support coordination workshops, interface reviews, and design resolution meetings with engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Assist in constructability reviews, access clearance checks, and maintenance space validation.

Key Qualification:

• Bachelors or diploma in civil/structural engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools
• Experience with structural modeling for buildings, underpasses, tunnels, and utility structures
• Understanding of BIM deliverables at LOD 400 and LOD 500
• Familiarity with coordination workflows and clash management
