SERVICENOW ITSM & SPM DEVELOPER

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & SPM Developer with 6-8 years of experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development. The role involves delivering high-quality solutions across IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management modules while supporting both onsite and offshore engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules through configurations, scripting, and complex workflow design
• Build integrations, Flow Designer actions, and custom applications
• Provide onsite support and collaborate with global delivery teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Support enhancement delivery and troubleshoot platform issues

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Minimum two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM)
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations.
