DESIGN ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and creative architectural design solutions from early stages through completion.
• Prepare and refine drawings, models, images, and design documents aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with external consultants to ensure smooth design progress.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and firm procedures.
• Support project leaders with specific design tasks, presentations, and project coordination.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, technologies, and maintain CPD requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Must have 5+ years of experience and professional architectural registration.
• Strong ability to understand, develop, and communicate design decisions using various media and software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), MS Office, Rhino, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to handle confidential information and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
