The HR, Admin & PRO role is a key position responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative functions, and Public Relations (PRO) activities. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can effectively manage HR processes, streamline administrative functions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labour laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and contribute to employee career development
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and facilities management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle general correspondence and communication.
- Act as the company's liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Manage visa processing, work permits, and other legal requirements for employees.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government entities to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Responsible for licensing and permits required for the project.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations.
- Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in HR, Administration, and PRO roles in UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
- Experience on projects within energy industry will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
