Role Overview

We are looking for an ME HR Services Specialist to support HR Services and employee lifecycle activities across the Middle East. The role will focus on delivering efficient HR support, maintaining accurate employee data, managing HRIS transactions, responding to employee queries, and supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Services & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage day-to-day HR Services activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding, employee transfers, changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee and manager HR queries and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate with relevant HR teams to resolve employee requests and issues.

HRIS / Workday

  • Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support HRIS/Workday-related activities and workflows.
  • Identify data or process issues and coordinate their resolution.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and records.
  • Support data analysis and provide insights to HR stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of employee information.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR Services processes and workflows.
  • Support standardization and documentation of HR processes.
  • Contribute to automation, digital HR and workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Help improve the overall employee experience through efficient HR service delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners and other HR stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with payroll and other internal functions where required.
  • Handle employee issues professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, HR Shared Services or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience handling employee queries and HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization or HR automation is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, service-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

Contract
